Proof of High School completion (only if HS is missing from your 2-1 / ERB or ORB)

DD 214 or NGB 22, if applicable

OER, showing successful performance in MOS

NCOER, showing successful performance in MOS & skill level

Counseling Statement (s) (E4 and below: must state duty description, MOS, skill level and dates worked)

License (s) and/or certification (s) (FAA Airframe and Powerplant technician, Red Cross, etc)

Corporate-sponsored Training Certificate (s) (i.e., McDonnell Douglass Aviation Courses).

Course Completion certificate (s) or DA form 1059, if not listed on your 2-1/ERB/ORB

DLPT - Defense Language Proficiency Test
